Shipping / delivery / payment / return
We ship from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
Unless otherwise specified in the respective offer, the goods will be delivered in Germany (Germany) within 3 - 5 days and in other European countries within 5 - 10 working days after the conclusion of the contract (if advance payment has been agreed after the time of your payment instruction). Please note that there are no deliveries on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in one shipment, unless we have made a different agreement with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.
We calculate the following delivery costs (shipping costs including VAT):
NATIONAL SHIPPING (Germany)
3.95 euros free shipping from an order value of 25 euros
3.95 euros in local currency, free shipping from an order value of 100 euros in local currency
4.95 Swiss francs, free shipping from an order value of 100 Swiss francs
What to do if something went wrong while shipping?
Should there still be problems with shipping, for example a badly damaged box or even damaged products, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org and describe the problem to us - preferably with a photo. We will try to find a solution as soon as possible.
Of course, mistakes can happen to us too. If this is the case, we ask you to briefly describe the problem to us. If it was a mistake on our part, we will stand by it and assume all costs for the return shipment. To do this, we ask you to send us a copy of the shipping receipt - we will then transfer the costs already incurred to you.
A return without a specific reason is also possible, within 14 days of receipt of the goods and of course only for products that are in their original packaging, not used and therefore unopened. Unfortunately, we cannot take over the processing and the costs here at the moment.
